Support Ticket Commands

I have added some extra information to the commands page relating to support tickets as nevs010 pointed out that the /help information for this command isn't great.

Basically it covers how to list your tickets (open and closed), check their status and read replies, close them (in case you opened one accidentally etc),  and reply or add extra information.

Someone also asked how long closed tickets are kept as they noticed the number went down every so often, so for anyone that's interested... closed tickets are removed after 30 days.
